Course: Introduction to Teaching
Brief Description: For this assignment, I was required to conduct an observation of the classroom I was doing my Service Learning experience in. This observation was done at Indianapolis Public School, Ralph Waldo Emerson School #58 in a first grade classroom. Most of the students in this classroom were from low income households.
Rationale: To document my understanding of Learning Environments I have chosen to include my Classroom Observation paper. This observation helped me understand how to create an environment that supports individual learning needs for each student and encourage positive social interaction.
